- Based in Nairobi with the right to work locally.

Yes. Interns receive:
- Onboarding & role specific training
- Weekly learning sessions (e.g., consulting fundamentals, data analysis, research methods, client communication)
- Access to learning resources
- Structured learning workshops & talks led by FA Consulting team members
There is no guarantee of a full-time role at the end of the internship. However, high-performing interns are prioritised for entry-level roles when openings arise. We will also provide referrals where appropriate.
- Screening: Alignment to role requirements, motivation, writing quality
- Interview 1 – Screener: Behavioural (30 minutes)
- Interview 2 – Technical: Problem solving + Short case/assignment (30-45 minutes)

You will be assigned a Line Manager for day-to-day work and a Mentor for career guidance. You will have weekly 1:1s and midpoint/final reviews.
Recommendation letters are provided at the manager’s discretion based on performance.
Yes. You will receive structured feedback at midpoint and at the end, plus ongoing coaching during your internship.
You will get access to our alumni network upon completion of the internship.

Depending on your team, tasks may include:
- Research & analysis (literature scans, stakeholder mapping, data cleaning)
- Client delivery support (workshops, reports)
- Data & Insights (surveys, dashboards, basic statistical analysis)
You will have a clear scope with measurable outcomes.
Paid: Interns receive a monthly stipend disclosed in the offer letter.
Structure, Logistics & Work Environment
Between 3–6 months. Exact duration is set in your offer letter.
Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, with 40 hours/week.
Hybrid. Interns usually attend the office 4 days/week.

Expectations & Evaluation
- Be punctual, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively
- Own your tasks and ask for help early
- Uphold confidentiality and FA Consulting values
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Against your Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and role competencies:
- Quality of work, initiative, collaboration, communication, client orientation
- Midpoint review and final review with written feedback
Notify your Line Manager and HR in writing with a 14 day notice. Return any FA equipment and complete a brief offboarding.
Program Administration & Policies
Yes. You will sign an Internship Agreement outlining role, duration, stipend/allowances, IP, confidentiality, and conduct.
Yes. Interns often work with sensitive client or internal information and must sign an NDA.
Yes. You will receive access to relevant tools and platforms, as well as training and usage guidelines.
