Kush serves as Strategy Manager at Future Africa Consulting, where he drives the delivery of client projects with precision and insight. Leveraging over 6 years of diverse management consulting experience, Kush specializes in strategic market assessments, including market entry and growth evaluations, as well as commercial due diligence exercises.
His core strengths lie in market sizing, demand-forecasting, and value chain analysis, skills he has applied across a wide range of sectors including energy, circular economy, healthcare, financial services, and education. Kush’s expertise has benefited clients in more than 12 African countries, reflecting his deep understanding of the continent’s varied markets.
Prior to his current role, Kush honed his skills as an engagement manager at Ipsos Strategy3 in Nairobi, further broadening his consulting acumen. His academic background, comprising an MA from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Behavioural Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter, provides a robust foundation for his analytical approach to solving complex business challenges across Africa.

Gideon is a Strategy Manager at Future Africa Consulting, where he leads the delivery of client projects.
With over 10 years of multi-sectorial management consulting experience, Gideon’s expertise include strategic design, strategic delivery, government delivery units design, market entry assessments, mergers and acquisitions, digital and analytics transformation, recovery and transformation, and team leadership and development. To date, he has served clients in over 10 countries in Africa, across Financial Services, Oil & Gas, Technology, Energy, Social Sectors (Water, Education, Agriculture, and Health Care), and Public Services (Governments).
Gideon was previously a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Nairobi.
He holds an MBA (with distinction) from Lancaster University Management School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Nairobi.

Linnie is an Associate Consultant at Future Africa Consulting, where she supports teams in delivering outputs for client engagements. She was previously an Analyst at Dalberg Advisors.
Linnie is a strategy consultant with experience advising governments, and development institutions across Africa. Her areas of expertise span financial inclusion, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL), climate and environment, health, and finance and investments.
Linnie is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of London. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi, and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business (ACCA).
Her personal interests include baking and reading fiction.

Muna is an Associate Director at Future Africa Consulting, where he leads team development and business strategy. He also provides general oversight and quality control for client engagements. Muna was previously a Manager at Dalberg Advisors, where he led project teams focused on African industrialization and trade policy and youth economic empowerment. Muna is a political economist and development strategist with experience advising governments, multilaterals, and philanthropies across Africa. His areas of expertise span industry and trade strategy, education and employment programs, and political engagement and participation. His personal interests include travel, board games, and reading and writing speculative fiction. Muna is a Mo Ibrahim Scholar, a Chevening Scholar, and a graduate of the Firoz Lalji Program for African Leadership (PfAL). He holds an MSc in African Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and an MA in Economics from Temple University.

Gerald Chirinda is the Founder and CEO of Future Africa Group which houses Future Africa Forum— a platform for thought leadership that partners with organizations to build a better Africa, and Future Africa Consulting— an Africa-focused and based management consulting firm.
He has co-founded Educate, an education access and improvement company that partners with schools to provide financial access through the issuing of loans within the education ecosystem; and Youth Combating NTDs, a global community of young people who are fighting to end Neglected Tropical Diseases.
Gerald serves on the Now Generation Network sub-committee of the Ibrahim Index Advisory Council for the Mo Ibrahim Foundation which works to assess the effectiveness of the Ibrahim Index for African Governance (IIAG). He has also held several leadership roles, including being a BMW Foundation Responsible Leader, a Young Leader at the French-African Foundation, an alumnus of the Global Shapers Community, and a member of the Advisory Board for the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.
Gerald Chirinda holds a MSc in Innovation, Leadership, and Management from the University of York.
